David is growing!

It is crazy how fast babies grow... Here are some more recent pictures. He has been rolling over for a while, loves to sleep on his side at night and is very social. We just got him a jump-a-roo and he loves to stand and watch Andrea play. He is such a good little baby, only complains when he is hungry, tired, or messy, and even then, not too bad :). I can't believe we are coming up on 5 months! Time flies!

The other Beach trip

Here are some funny pictures from the friend beach trip...basically we just watched the girls be silly, and David made his first outing to the beach. He slept through it, go figure. How come my babies sleep through most of there first year??? David still takes 3-4 naps a day after sleeping about 12-13 hours at night. I know I should feel lucky, but come on! When Andrea started being awake more of the day I was like WOW I finally know who this kid is!

We actually went to the beach twice... once with family and once with friends (that are like family). These are some pictures from the family beach trip...

David is still growing!

David is 3 months old. He is getting stronger and stronger everyday. He is almost ready for his BUMBO! YAY! He coos and goos to "talk" to us a lot. Such a sweet baby boy!

Andrea met POOH!

and Tigger and Darby and BUZZ too!! Grandma and Grandpa Grogg took us to Magic Kingdom while we were visiting Ryan and Jane last week. Andrea had a blast meeting and hugging some of her favorite characters! She also rode some rides, but this is all I have time to post right now!

Today David decided to smile at me very enthusiastically. He has given me little ones before but nothing like this. My little boy is happy! I love when babies finally start really smiling, it makes me feel like I am doing a good job as a mommy :) Andrea was excited to see him smile as well...

Trip to Indiana

Month one

Sorry it took so long to get pictures up! We moved into our new house during David's first month and he had to go back to the Dr. for jaundice. We ended his first month with a long trip to Indiana to visit Gma and Gpa Grogg and to meet family and friends. Carlee, if you are reading this, I need pictures of you and Ryan with Andrea and David, somehow I forgot to take pictures! Send them and pics of your wedding soon :).

Welcome baby!

David Dean Grogg was born yesterday, March 31, 2008. He is 8 lb, 7 oz and 19.5 in long. This is all I have the energy for right now, but my lovely sister Meghan has posted pictures and videos on her blog. Their is a link to her blog in the right column ->

EASTER

Here are some pictures of Andrea dying easter eggs, opening her Easter basket, and writing with her egg sidewalk chalk. She had lots of fun finding eggs at daycare and when Mammaw came down and hid them for her! We had a great day with all of the Strange's, Mammaw, Joy, Ernie, and Uncle Nathan.
