Grogg Gambling weekend

Every year, Michael's mom, dad, brother, aunt, uncle, and cousins (and guests) come in for a fun weekend of gambling. It is purposefully the last weekend in July because that is in the middle of many of their birthdays. This year, Sherry celebrated the big 5-0! She definitely doesn't look her age! Cutting Teeth is hard work!

Andrea is busy cutting her first tooth! She is drooling and has a runny nose and whines more than usual, but other than that she is doing well with it. Hopefully it will cut through soon and it will be over with for a while...

Playtime - 4 months

Andrea loves her toys! She also loves to stand with the help of anyone. She has finally decided to roll over for us, however she doesn't do it much because she always want to be sitting or standing. She talks and coos a lot, and everyone who meets her emjoys her beautiful smile. She takes her naps with Buzzer and loves it because he keeps her warm and cozy.

New High Chair and taking a first BITE

I gave Andrea some really watered down rice cereal today. She did ok eating a bite but was really mad when it wasn't a continuous process like bottle feeding. I am sure she will get better at it. We finally put together her high chair. It is funny how those things seem like a neccessity and then it is so long before you get to use them!

BUMBO!!

What a cool chair! Andrea can sit up even though she can't sit up yet! This cool chair is a trendy new baby item made in South Africa. It is usually very expensive, but I ran into a local guy in a trendy baby shop in Mount Pleasant, SC that sold me his for $15!!! YAY! However, she get so much excersize that sometimes she poops in it- in the last picture you can see the reults of an overloaded diaper- good thing these are easy to clean- she went right into the bathtub in it!

Andrea's 1st plane ride

Andrea was a wonderful passenger for her first plane ride. She slept most of the way and seemed to be most interested in watching passer-bys in the terminal during our layovers!

4th of July

We were down at the beach for the 4th this year. We went to Patriot's Point to watch the fireworks launched from one of the boats! How awsome!

The Basketball Game

Tyler, Trevor, and Eric knew they were a long shot to win a basketball game against the serious players- Michael and Christopher. That didn't stop them from talking the talk all year, making team T-shirts and getting mohawks to make themselves look intimidating and boost team spirit!

The Beach

Well, we made it back from our annual beach trip with the Epley's, Bradley's and the Strange's. It was Andrea's first trip and she loved it too! We eat, we play, and overall have way too much fun! We LOVE Isle of Palms!
